While I am a licensed mental health professional, life coaching is distinct from therapy in both purpose and process. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on personal development, clarity, and forward movement.

It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Therapy, on the other hand, is a healthcare service that addresses psychological disorders, trauma, and emotional healing.
